By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all terms below.
Failure to comply with these terms can result in commission cancellation.
General Terms
My commissions work around a slot format- first come, first served. I will accept a maximum of 4 commissions at a time.For updates on slot spaces, please refer to my Trello.Please be aware that I have a full-time job outside of drawing art, so unfortunately I cannot provide an accurate estimate of when I will complete your commission. However, if you need the artwork by a certain date, please inform me in advance.- I WILL DRAW: Human/humanoid OCs, Animal/furry OCs, fanart
- I WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW, heavy gore, any offensive/harmful content, mecha, complex backgroundsI have the right to refuse any commission that I am not comfortable with.-Full upfront payment via PayPal invoice (USD), sent once sketch has been finalised.
Please notify me beforehand if payment will take longer than 24hrs!-Please provide sufficient visual references when discussing your commission.-Do not ask me to draw in another artist's style.-Let me know in advance if you would like your commission to be private/anonymous.
Usage
- Clients may repost/use the finished commission for personal use only, with appropriate credit. Claiming the artwork is your own, or reposting/using the artwork without appropriate credit is prohibited.- Clients may not remove watermarks or signatures from any work.- Clients may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without my consent. If you wish to use the artwork for this purpose, please discuss it with me beforehand.- Clients are strictly prohibited from using the artwork for advertising or profit of NFT (non fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain technologies.- Clients are strictly prohibited from using the artwork for any AI technologies.I maintain the right to all work I produce, and I am free to use your commission for promotional purposes.
Process + Refunds
I will usually update you on your commission when I have reached specific stages with it, such as finishing the sketch, lineart, etc. Feel free to ask for changes or provide any extra information if needed.- Minor edits are allowed. These include colour changes, missing accessories, etc.
- Major edits are only allowed during the sketching process. Once the sketch has been finalised, I will no longer accept major changes to the work.Once your commission is complete, I will send you the full-resolution file via email.No refunds will be provided once I have received payment for the commission. However, if I find myself unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will recieve a full refund.If money hasn't been sent, you have the right to cancel the commission.
